Structure and Organization of the Old Army - Cavalry - Cuirassier Regiments

Nachfolgend wird der Bestand und die Organisation der preußischen Kürassier-Regimenter vorgestellt. Einige bebilderte Anmerkungen zu den besonderen Uniformmerkmalen der Kürassiere ergänzen diese Ausführungen.

In 1914, in addition to the Regiment der Gardes du Corps (Potsdam) and the Garde Cuirassier Regiment (Berlin), there were 8 line cuirassier regiments of 5 squadrons each.
