The last peacetime garrisons were Halberstadt and Quedlinburg.
The enlisted replacements came from the Province of Saxony and the vicinity of Halberstadt and Quedlinburg.
The last regimental commander was Axel Wilhelm Albrecht, Freiherr von Wachtmeister.
The regiment was disbanded after the First World War on 01.10.1919.
